How it works
Post your job in four steps
- Submit your vacancy and choose a package.
- You get an order reference, the amount and Eden's bank details — on screen and by email.
- Pay by bank transfer using the reference as narration, then upload your receipt.
- Eden verifies your company and confirms payment. Your vacancy goes live and we email you the link.
Nothing is published before payment is confirmed. Questions? Call recruitment on 0907 336 1935.

Advertising, our own database and direct approaches to people who are not looking.
- 04

CV review against agreed criteria, then structured telephone or video screening.
- 05
Shortlisting
A written shortlist with our assessment of each candidate against the brief, and the reservations as well as the strengths.
- 06

Scheduling, panel support, interview guides and scorecards so decisions are comparable.

Executive search
Senior and confidential appointments
Some appointments cannot be advertised. A role may be filled, a board may be mid-decision, or the market would read an advertisement the wrong way. Executive search is a mapped, discreet approach to people who are not applying for anything.
- Market mapping of the organisations and people who hold the role you need
- Discreet approaches made in confidence, with your name disclosed only when you say so
- Structured assessment against the board's or owner's actual requirement
- A written shortlist with referenced evidence, and enhanced due diligence where the appointment warrants it
- Support through offer, negotiation and transition
For senior candidates
If you are the one being approached
Senior professionals can register with Eden confidentially. Your details are held by our executive team and are never shared with an employer without your explicit agreement for a specific role, and never published on the job board.
Mark your message "confidential" and it is handled only by the executive team.
Which arrangement
Direct recruitment, outsourced staff or payroll only
Three different relationships, three different sets of responsibilities. The right one depends on who should employ the person and who carries the administration.
| Direct recruitment | Outsourced / managed staff | Payroll administration | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who employs the person | You do | Eden does, and assigns them to you | You do |
| Who finds the person | Eden | Eden | You (already hired) |
| Who supervises the work | You | You, day to day | You |
| Contracts and records | You | Eden | Eden maintains payroll records |
| Payroll and statutory deductions | You | Eden | Eden |
| Replacement if someone leaves | Per the agreed replacement terms | Eden replaces within the agreed timeline | Not applicable |
| Best when | You want the person on your own payroll for the long term | You need people on site without carrying the employment administration | Your team is in place but payroll is taking too much time |
| How it is charged | Quoted per appointment | Quoted per staff member per month | Quoted by headcount |
All arrangements are set out in a written agreement before anyone starts. Fees are quoted for your specific requirement — ask for a quotation.
Workforce planning
Plan the hiring before it becomes urgent
Most expensive hiring decisions are made in a hurry. A short planning exercise with your managers — current headcount, expected exits, growth plans, scarce skills, locations and timelines — turns next year's emergencies into a schedule.
- Current structure and headcount against the work to be done
- Turnover, retirement and known exits
- Skills gaps, and whether to build, buy or borrow each one
- Locations, timelines and indicative cost
- Key-person risks and what to do about them
