Eden was founded in 2002 and is registered in Nigeria (RC 465267). From our office at ICAN House in Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, we serve private companies, public institutions, non-profit organisations and schools.
Our work rests on a simple view: organisations perform when the right people work within clear structures and sound systems. So we rarely treat a vacancy, a policy or a training need in isolation. We look at what sits around it, and fix what matters most.

From a vision to an established firm

Eden has delivered recruitment, HR consulting, organisational restructuring, training and management advisory work across Abuja, Lagos, Kano, Anambra, Cross River, Port Harcourt, Ghana and other locations.
We have supported Nigerian, American, British, Chinese and other foreign-owned businesses, and facilitated expatriate recruitment involving professionals from the United States, the United Kingdom, India, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and other markets.

Ifeanyi E. Nsofor
Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant
Ifeanyi Nsofor founded Eden in 2002 and leads the firm's consulting, recruitment and training work. He facilitates leadership and workforce programmes for organisations across sectors, and chairs the northern Nigeria chapter of the Employers' Association of Private Employment Agencies of Nigeria (EAPEAN).
His focus is on bringing order into organisations and workplaces — building the people, structures and systems that let institutions perform and last.
